Default 2001 Accord randomly dies

Our car will randomly die. Usually it happens while driving. I can pull over and use a gas rag or ethor to make the car start and run. Once taken away, it will die again. Therefore, I have spark or ignition but no fuel. When this happens, I can turn the key on and off to cylce the fuel pump thinking I should hear it run but cannot.
The other day, this occured and I looked in the manuel and found the fuse for the fuel system pulled it and noticed it had signs of oxidation. I cleaned it well, replaced it in the fuse block and the car started and ran.
A few days later, it died again but this process did not work. I do not know if it could be a relay? a fuel shut off? or what????
Anyone have any suggestions?
I have also hooked it to a computer diagnostic reader and no codes show up.

Thanks,
Roy

The likely culprits are the main relay, the fuel pump, or the wiring.

What you will need to do is check for voltage at the fuel pump electrical connector. When you turn the key to the II position, the fuel pump should get 12V for about two seconds. I think the wire color is yellow or blk/yel. That electrical should be in the trunk or maybe under the back seat. There should also be a ground bolt nearby that you want to clean and tighten.
