2001 Accord U-LEV stuck in LIMP mode

Looks like you got the correct part, so there must be a wiring, connector, or ECM fault

A ULEV uses an air/fuel ratio sensor at that location. Whereas, a non-ULEV model uses a regular oxygen sensor there. They are different parts.

What is the brand and part number of the sensor?

Found out the issue, they sold me a downstream o2 (denso part# 234-4621) instead of the upstream i needed (denso part# 234-9014). part just went form $90 to $270 -_- i should be all set once i swap out the sensor for the correct one.
