stuck in limp mode 94 honda accord lx vtec

Default stuck in limp mode 94 honda accord lx vtec

i have a 94 honda accord lx vtec 2.2 5 speed manual and the map sensor went bad on the car so i replaced it and my car is still stuck in limp mode and that was the only code that was thrown at me.

i tried disconnect battery but i havent tried removing the #13 fuse but was wondering if there is any ideas i should try first

Fuse won't do any more than disconnecting the battery. Anyway, the "#13 fuse" is for 98-02 and your 94 probably has a different fuse to pull. The only reason to pull a fuse on 98-02 is so you don't clear the memory of your radio which it's already too late.

You can test the wiring for the MAP sensor and the MAP sensor to see if they are okay. This video is for a 98 Civic; so, the wiring colors are a little different than your 94 Accord; but, the test is essentially the same. I've also attach an image of the MAP sensor wiring for your car.
