Default Honda accord I-vtec 2.4L D mode to S mode !

hi everyone , my dad just bought a second hand 2011 honda accord 2.4 L ivtec its got two exhaust at the back.Its an automatic transmission with paddle shift aswell. i would like to know what happens when you change the transmission from D to S . What happens to the car ? does it get extra Horse power , any changes to the suspension or how the car feels ?

On earlier models the S-mode only changed the crispness of shift points and was barely detectable. Don't know about 2010 model. Owner's manual should describe effects.

It does change the tranny. shift points and the way the enj. acts
