Default 2001 Accord won't start even with jump

Lights, radio, etc. all work but car will not turnover. No clicking sound when trying to start won't even take a jump. Battery was replaced 3 weeks ago and worked fine. Could it be the spark plugs, starter, or alternator? Timing belt, rotors, and brakes were changed. Water pump is fairly new.

Hey partner,
1st.you want to check your cables to make sure that they are clean and tight?
"At the battery, starter and alternator" If all check is good then make sure trany is completely engaged in park (if auto) and try starting it?
If it still does not start?check all fuses make sure all is good, under the hood fuse box and under the dash?if all is good? Then have battery and starter checked? If all is good?check ignition switch?
If none of this works then reply back and we will see what else we can come up with ok? Have fun and good luck!

When you turn the key to start the car, does the starter spin the engine at all?
