Default 2001 Honda Accord - INTERIOR LIGHTING

2001 Honda Accord, 2 Questions about interior 'dashboard' lighting

1- The hazard light button- Should that illuminate when the running lights are on?

2- Heater ('Warmer/Colder) **** <red/blue>- is that also illuminated with dash lighting?

1. The hazard switch/button has a bulb that suppose to be lit when the dash and console lights are on.

2. Although the heater control panel has 3 bulbs for the back-lighting of the panel when the dash and console lights are on, there is no direct bulb lighting for the area were the temperature control **** is.

Default Thanks!

ok- Thanks Redbull-1

My 'ShadeTree' abilities don't include much 'interior' disassembly, so that saves me a lot of work. The hazard/clock module is easy to R&R, so I'll look into replacing that. But I'm betting heater control lighting, is way above my expertise. Nice to know I don't have to tear into that.

Thanks again

"Look honey, I got it all back together"

"Nice sweetie, but what are all those leftover screws and clips"?

If you want to see how it looks like, this link has images in the installation guides:

Very helpful link! A great resource to help with the 'Should I try it myself" decision. I didn't know that info was available without a paid subscription!

Thanks very much!
