So here my problem. All dash lights work fine but for some unknown reason my steering controls and all the driver side door controls are no longer illuminating. I've surfed the web and read countless forums over the past few months and I have no clue where to even begin. Many people who have issues with all there dashboard lights claim to have replaced there driver side multiplex. But considering all my dash board lights work I wonder what I need to look at.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

 

I am not sure which lights are giving you problems, because I am not familiar with the dash of the 2000 accord.

You will probably have to look at a wiring diagram to see if the lights that are not working share a common power source, fuse, bulb, etc and work from there. The online manuals thread in the DIY section links to a site with a 98-02 shop manual that should help.
