2002 Accord Alternator/Ignition charging issue
just to make sure you are looking at the right schematics ... 2005 accord 2 dr ex 3.0 liter .. I cant find any fuse number 46 and the connector is not located on the lh side kick panel , I have the whole interior pulled apart , the 3 center fuses I was talking about in the above picture are just spares or empty spaces per the book .. i cant remember what they said they are , but they dont do anything ..

In some of the earlier generation Hondas, the owner's manual number the fuses differently than service manuals.
The owner's manual shows it as number 6 (15A), whereas, the Honda electrical circuit diagram manual shows it as number 46 (10A). Since the owner's manual shows it as a 15A and there is a 15A there, that should be the proper amps.
If that fuse is okay, check whether there is 12 volts at the DLC, terminal no. 16 - Wht/Grn wire, and at Wht/Grn wire to the main relay harness connector.
