Default 2002 accord electrical problems

I'm trying to fix a friends car for her. The story goes like this. She said she was plugging a gps into the 12v source and the plug broke off inside. She fished out all the pieces in the receptor. But now, the radio isn't working, along with the 12 source. I thought it would be a fuse... I pulled a few in the cabin and a few under the hood. Couldn't find a blown one. I didn't see any fuse for cig lighter or 12v source or whatever. I think i checked 9 and 8 inside. I pulled one of the larger fuses under the hood. No luck though. Another thing she noticed is a noise coming from her fans. I can't tell if it's coming from the rad fans or from the ac blower... I think its the a/c blower. Kind of sounds like the fan is hitting something. Like a card in a bike wheel spoke. It's very faint though. Can only hear it when the blower is on 1 or 2 and it's quiet.

Any ideas to get me started?

Don't remember where that fuse is located... You know there's 2 fuseboxes inside - BOTH ends of the dashboard.

Damn lol really? Didn't even bother looking. I'll check it out tomorrow. Greatly appreciate the tip... It's in the exact location as the one on the driver's side dash end?

I don't own this car so I may not be on the same page as most of you lol.

I think it is. I think that you owner's manual will show the location and maybe have some descriptions of what each fuse protects.

I checked the ones on the drivers side that made sense. I'll take a look at the passenger side. It has to be it. I have been telling myself it's got to be a fuse and i think it's gonna be it.

The car is a 2002 accord. auto. 4dr. i think an ex. 2.3l engine i think...
