The gauge is stuck just below the middle and does not move at all, regardless of whether the key is in it, if it is running, or has been sitting for hours. This problem first occurred after changing the thermostat and ECT sensor.

Also, the car overheated and blew the radiator. The radiator has been replaced, but the overheating persists. I have a feeling it is the water pump, but don't know how to further diagnose the issue. I've watched hours of YouTube, and am coming here hoping someone will know what to do.

What brand parts did you use for the thermostat and ECT?

 

I'm not sure, its been a week or two.

I should also mention that I hooked up a reader, and the ECM is getting an accurate temp reading.
