2002 accord iac question ?
I have a 2002 accord 4 cyl sohc and at. The car is idling very low in drive with the ac on. I cleaned the iac valve, changed the plug, cap, rotor and wires. This did not help. I have read in post that if you unplug the iac valve connector the idle should drop mine stays the same. I have checked for vacuum leaks but found nothing. My question is if I unplug the iac valve connector should I still have vacuum at the port inside of the throttle body or does that indicated that the iac is bad or I messed the gasket up ? Any help or suggestion would be great.

You should vac on that port either way.
I would check for leaks around the gasket/o-ring for the IAC just to be sure.
Did you give the TB a good cleaning. Both sides of the butterfly and the edges, also where the edge meets inside the bore.

No change in idle when IACV is unplugged indicates IACV not allowing air bypass to control idle speed.
Do you have a check engine light on? If yes what code? An electrical fault in IACV would set a code.
Valve movement could be gummed up preventing IACV from working. It may be necessary to remove carefully clean and confirm movement works when 12V is applied. If not, IACV should be replaced.
good luck
