I am trying to replace the drivers side low beam headlight in my 2002 Acoord 2dr V6.

I understand how to actually replace the bulb as it can be done easily on the passenger side of the car. What i dont understand is how to get around the verticle (what looks to be an intake tube) that is stick up directly behind the light fixture.

Any help would be great; I dont see any information about this problemin ANY repair manual/forum.

on my 94, i just wiggled it and pulled it straight out....
