Recently i have noticed that in my 2002 Honda Accord there is a power surge while drivng..... but engin was up and running ...the cd restated, the odomerter and RMP got reset...sometime ABS or Maintainence light lit up but if stop the car and start the car it goes way.

Does any one have any idea what might cause this? Thanks for you help.

 

from the description of the problem I'd think the ignition switch may be at fault.
If you remove the lower shroud from the steering column you can see the electrical part of the ignition switch.
All the solder 'blobs' should look the same, on the back side of the switch.
