If anyone knows the steps to put an 03 Accord without automatic climatic control into diagnostic mode for the HVAC, I will report back with the results.

Still feel the blower transist is the issue but here you go.

Yeah, I've ordered a new transistor. I just wanted to see what the diagnostic would say out of curiosity.
