My car has always had that little buzz, if you leave the key between position II and start position. You have to turn the key so far, it's hard to get it all the way to start position sometimes. If I turn the key all the way, without hesitation, there is no buzz. To me, the buzz is not a big deal, and easy to prevent, and I don't have any other problems. My buzz never continued after the engine starts though, or even while cranking. I just brought my car in for the ignition interlock problem (key comes out when shifter is not in park). The key should not come out, unless the shifter is in Park.

 

I cant sell my car with that buzz...I need to get to the bottom of this.. your right though only buzzes right before starter is engaged...see if this is your turn signal relay buzzzing at least i know i`am not alone then
