I just bought a 2003 LX and today i started car and went to get out of park, but the button would not go in, for me to take it out of park. Now i know a little about cars but not the problem this is, i did however know about the little piece to take out and push in the white button, to get out of park. Does anyone know why this would happen and how to fix it? I do have a 100k warrenty, but if its something simple as a fuse or something i can do. Thanks

 

I'm sure the entire world would like to know IF you have your foot on the brake? You have to push on the brake to get it our of park. Hey, simple fixes first!
