Default 2003 Honda Accord EX (4 cyl) won't start, sometimes.....

Drove to the gym this morn, worked out, went back out to my car and nothing. Turn key and nothing. Won't even turn over. It's as if the battery was disconnected.

Long story short, it happens maybe once a month. After I turn the wheel back and forth a few times, it out of gear (using shifter release slot) and return to Park. I try it again and it starts right up. Sometimes I only turn the steering wheel back a forth a few times and that does it.

One thing I noticed this time was that I had to put in the code to reset the clock. Can't remember having to do that before. And, like this time, it always starts right up with plenty of battery power.

Any suggestions on where or what to look at?

Thank you

Ignition switch, and there is recall on it, you should check with the dealer to see if it applies to your car.
