Default 2003 Honda Accord Rear Wheel Grinding Noise

I have a 2003 honda accord coupe and I hear a loud grinding noise from the left rear wheel only when I make hard right turns or go over bumps at high speeds on the highway. The grinding noise appears to be independent of using the brakes (the noise is does not appear during brake usage). The noise continues until I stop or I turn left sharply.

I pulled the tire off to see if anything obvious was causing the noise. The rotor dust protector doesn't appear to be touching the rotors. I brake pads have reasonable life left.

Does anyone have any ideas? Is this a brake sensor problem? Is this a bearing problem?

Thanks in advance.

The brake sensor isn't supposed to touch the hub, so that isn't SUPPOSED to make noise. My first guess (without hearing it firsthand) is the wheel bearing.
