Default 2004 Accord LX Heater Problems

I just turned on the heater and it blows cold air on all the different controls except when i put it on vent and it blows hot air out passenger side but still cold on driver side. Any suggestions on where to start to fix issue?

Could be an issue with your air blend doors or a possible clogged heater core.

Start with the simple test. Go to the common DIY thread in the gen tech help forum. There is a link for HVAC codes on your car. Get the codes and post any codes you get on here.

My control unit does not have the same buttons as shown in your pics. Its not a dual control nor has buttons to turn off heat and cooling system.

Also both lines of the heater core are hot. Where are the blend doors located. I did check the actuators and both work.

I put both versions on there. Does your control unit match my second post?

Any other suggestions on what to try or look for? I have seen some videos about reverse flushing but they only state about the whole system not blowing warm air.

You should have 3 actuators. Check your air mix door actuator and your blend door actuators. You're going to have to have someone help you by changing the modes and temps while you look. 2 on the right 1 on the left.
