Default 2004 Accord misfire

I have 2004 Accord 4 cyl with 187K miles. Recently it began what feels like a misfire or a hesitation during acceleration and at lower highway speeds. I changed the plugs at 100K so I have done that again as well as changing the coil packs. This seems to help some but there is still some fluttering (for lack of a better description) at lower speeds. I have only driven it about 5 miles since the tune-up. Is this something that may go away after more driving as the computer adjusts to better plugs and coils? I know that may be wishful thinking but if that is not the case, does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should do next?

More info:
No check engine light ever came on
I have not changed the fuel filter
I have not done an injector cleaning

Do you have a certain rpm range where you notice the flutter/hesitation?

PAhonda,
Not really, but it seems to be happening at lower speeds and rpm. I just haven't tracked that aspect of it.

If it happens at a certain rpm or maybe speed, it can help give direction. The PCM should adjust quickly to a plug change.

You may want to stop by a parts store and have them scan for codes to be thorough.

Maybe try cleaning the EGR ports. See youtube video called 2003-2007 Honda Accord EGR Passage cleaning. This should cause a check engine light on your car, so it may not be the problem.

Do you have a scanner/code reader that can read live data?
