So I have an accord that I've a few issues with and now I'm having another one. Whenever I roll the windows up, the shakes for a few seconds, then stops. I was told that It could be the alternator. Anyone have any ideas?

 

Put a volt meter on the battery with the engine running, where you should get over 13.5V. Roll up the windows and see what happens with the voltage.

You can also try this with the engine not running. Tell us the voltage before and while rolling up the windows.

 

Good suggestions by PAhonda as first checks. I usually just roll up my windows with the car moving or under power. On my 04 the catalytic converter heat shield is loose too so that adds an extra shake/shudder.
