2004 Honda Accord door lock issues

Try spraying some WD-40 into the mechanical lock where you insert the key by the driver's door handle. See if that frees up the key when you turn.
If the FOB is locking/unlocking other doors, that is not the problem.
Do you have the same locking/unlocking problems when you are able to turn the key in the driver's door? How about with the interior lock/unlock button?

Well part of the trouble was the battery need replaced in the fob. Lights still flashed but not strong enough to unlock any doors. With a new battery, the fob will unlock and lock the 3 other doors, just not the driver side door.

Does the mechanical post lock/unlock the driver's door?
The problem can be the lock actuator, wiring, or the driver's side door switch. My shop manual is on my home computer, so I don't have access.
The way to test is to remove the driver's door panel and unplug the actuator connector. You can connect a test light across the connector and try locking/unlocking the door. If the light flashes when you try locking/unlocking, then the actuator should be replaced.
