Default 2004 Honda accord fuel system. Not running.

Hey guys, recently a buddy of mine had a fuel system service done on his car. It was running fine for about two days. The third day I went to go on a short drive and the car hit 20mph and started sputtering and wouldn't let me go past 20mph and car was running rough. Now when I go to start it it won't completely turn on. It turns over but hesitates to fire each cylinder. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here's a video to help

Don't think one is related to the other, it could be but most times things just seem to be related.

First, check for stored/pending codes.

Are the plugs up to date?

When the key is first turned to "on"/pos-II what lights on the dash come on and go off - or not go off - does the fuel pump prime for a few seconds while this is going on.

Noticed "jumper" cables in the video - is there a battery/charging issue?

Suggest checking fuel pressure. Very low fuel pressure might cause symptoms.

A good test is a blast of starter fluid or throttle body cleaner and see if it starts better and runs briefly. If yes, the fuel system service may have created a problem; leak, blocked injector/s, wiring, etc.

good luck

Sounds like an exhaust leak or plugged exhaust bypassing the spring joint. Fuel system cleaner? What did the do or use, what issue were they trying to solve? Plugged convertor comes to mind.
