Default 2004 honda accord radio issues

My factory installed radio/clock stays on all the time- even when there is no key in the ignition & veh is off & locked! Any ideas what it could be??

Its supposed to be that way. My 2000 honda accord does the same thing. If you read in your owners manual it says that its nothing to be alarmed about.

Not on his/her model year. See excerpt from owner's manual.

I only could find in the 2000 Accord owners manual saying the ignition needs to be turn to Accessory or ON.
