Default 2004 v6 coup

I have an 04 accord v6 and the cat had been hollowed out. It was plugged up and would not run so the car was hollowed out and now it runs. The problem is the check engine light not only comes on but will blink most of the time. It goes back and forth from just being on to blinking. I have scanned it a couple times and it keeps telling me that I have a misfire on every cylinder and that I have a random misfire and that either my valve cover gasket needs changed or the valves need adjusting. I have put new coil packs and plugs on it already but I am wondering if it the o2 sensor is just throwing out all types of things because of there not being a cat on it. I don’t notice much power loss or any hesitation when accelerating but I can sometime feel a miss at idle. I guess my main question is could hollowing out the cat be the reason for all the codes to be thrown.
Codes p0301 misfire cylinder 1
p0302 misfire cylinder 2
p0303 misfire cylinder 3
p0304
p0305
p0306 misfire cylinder 6
p0300 random misfire
p0134 h02s s1 circuit high voltage
Any input would help thanks

The V6 has 3 converters. One on each exhaust manifold, then a third downstream on the exhaust pipe. Which conveter(s) were hollowed-out?
