Hello, I just got my 05 Honda Accord 4cyl. coupe fixed. I had to replace the power steering pump, and the rack and pinion but now, the horn doesn't work and the airbag light is on. I got the fuses checked and they all passed, so now I'm trying to figure out why the horn isn't working and the airbag light is on? Also, it's not driving the same it sounds like it's lagging when you press the gas. As if it's in over drive while I'm driving in the regular drive shift. I got a full diagnostic test done in May and come to find out all that I needed to get replaced wasn't even on the list, like the rack and pinion. Honda also left my power steering hose off after they fixed the drive belt. Please help me...

 

Sounds like the "clock spring" got damaged when they replaced the rack. I'd take it back and have them repair - their cost.

When replacing the rack, if you don't secure the wheel it will "over rotate" and damage the clock spring.
