Default 2005 Accord Ex Tach calibration

Hello,
I have a 2005 Honda Accord with a tach that reads below zero and need to know how to reset it so its accurate. The tach was work however. I have pulled the cluster and cannot find a screw to "zero" the tach. it seems like its 500RPM off. This happened when I was trying to find out how to replace a Cluster light bulb but also failed at that too. Thank you in advance. I can provide pics if needed.

What did you do to the cluster when you went to change the bulb?

Nothing that I know if except manually moved the pointer. I feel that there are notches but it wont stay at 0, If i move it up, it starts at 2K. Can i adjust it on the steeper motor or something. Will the indicator pull off?
