Yes, it is the same Wht/Grn wire.

but, my car windows seem working fine on battery, how do I know it works then?

I am not sure why your windows would not work the same in START vs. ON. Based on the electrical circuit diagrams, there is no difference in any circuit for power or ground distribution for ON vs. START for the power windows.

I bought a master switch and the problem went away, and it looks like it fixes the intermittent issue.
