Thanks, fuse 21 is out. Will I hurt the car if I drive it to the store (2 miles) to buy a new fuse? Or can I replace it with one of the other fuses like the interior light fuse (to get me to the store)?

I can get it in gear using the shift lock override.

Still not sure what I need to do to get the inside door handles to work. I attached the cable, is there another attachment point?

Man, I'm making a mess of this job!

Use the No. Fuse 20 (7.5A), as that is for the windshield washer motor.

There shouldn't be anything overly complex regarding the inner handle cable. You did mentioned you may have pressed the door lock down.

Now I can't get the passenger side door to open from the outside or inside. I fished out the door latch cable on the inside (pryed out the door panel by the glass), but pulling on the cable didn't work.

Any ideas how to get the panel off, or to unlock the door?

when it rains, it pours!

Kind of sounds like the passenger door lock switch may be in the lock position.

First check under-dash Fuse No. 8 (20A). Although Fuse 7 (10A) is probably okay, check it too. If the No. 8 fuse is blown, that may be the problem.

If not, then try using the driver's side master lock switch to unlock the doors first, and then try to open the passenger door.
