Is there a separate fuse for the dash dimmer switch? Dimmer not working, at night with head lights off dash lights are bright and center lights for heater and radio are off, when parking lights are turned on dash lights go a little dimmer but the center lights come on,when head lights are turned on all inside lights stay on, meaning just the center and dash lights. But can not adjust dash lights with dimmer switch. Is this normal?
