hi.. today, i opened my tailgate door by hand , then closed it got in the car to drive of and noticed the tailgate warning light on , on the dash.. got out to check and the door was locked shut..it wouldnt open with the keyfob.
i went in the back, opened it by hand hoping something simple like caught in it ... but all clean.closed it again, and its locked again and i carnt open my tailgate unless i crawl in the the back and do it by hand,, the close button on the tailgate looks dimley lit... but does nothing.. ???? is there a fuse ?? coz i can find any mention of a tailgate fuse .
anybody any ideas,, thanks,, kevin..

 

Latch probably is faulty.
