Default 2006 AC Air Conditioner drain?

Hi. I recently bought a used 2006 Accord, v6 sedan.

When starting and stopping I hear a sloshing sound, which I suspect is due to a clogged AC drain (at least that's what I gather from reading on the web)

Where is the drain, and how do I check/fix it?

Thanks in advance.

James

Underneath the passenger front carpet. It is supposed to exit through the body just to the right of the center console in the passenger footwell. Somehow honda let some cars slip through with the drain tube bent over and pinched where it passes through the body. Even if it isn't pinched the easiest way to get to it without a hoist is by peeling up the passenger front carpet. It is a black rubber tube approx 1/2 inch diameter and leads to the hvac airbox.
