Default 2006 Accord Hybrid

I have and Accord Hybrid that is shooting a code for a misfire on cylinder 1. How does one access the back cylinders with the orange Hybrid line in the way of the entire back?!

Remove the 10mm bolt on the bracket in the first picture. You may have to remove the vacuum hose going to the brake booster from the intake. You should be able to push that orange wire up to access or push towards the front of the car. Access may be limited and will require getting creative with extensions/swivel sockets to remove the #1 coil.

I'd only consider disconnecting that electrical connector under the bracket only if you can disable the hybrid battery. I'm not very familiar with the power distribution on a hybrid.

See this link regarding also removing the power cable from the other metal brackets to give more room, after removing that 10mm bolt from the center bracket.
