Hi There,
I have a 2006 Honda accord. when i drive it at around 40 mph, i can see the steering wheel is shaking. I checked four tires and found the drive side tire's thread has excessive wears. All other 3 tires look new. Is that the reason why the steering wheel is shaking? and all four tires have different brand, should i change all four tires to the same brand?

First you need to find out why that tire is wearing out, what suspension components are worn or failing. And yes, all 4 tires should ideally be the same brand.
