Default 2007 Accord LX no heat

I am having an issue with my wifes Accord LX. There is no heat when the temp control is on heat. I checked a few obvious thins so far. The valve on the firewall opens and closes when heat is activated. The line going in shows 130- 140F temperature with infared reader. Line coming out shows about 95F. The drives side blend motor works when switching back and forth from heat to cool. Not sure what to check next. Could it be something as simple as a blocked heater core? Should I just flush it to see? Any other control issues that might be the issue. Need to get this fixed soon as it will be cold in NewEngland shortly. Thanks.

140F is kind of low coming in, so this could definitely be a flow problem. I'd probably start with flushing the heater core.
