2007 Accord Navigation DVD disc

Default 2007 Accord Navigation DVD disc
I have a 2007 Honda Accord EX-L w/navigation. Why does the Ver.4.12 not work in my system? It is a white disc and is marked DVD ROM. Is the reason because of the disc is not compatible or will it work, but just willn't show all updated roads?
