Just bought a 2007 Accord SE 5 Speed. It has the black plastic punch out pieces for fog lights, but obviously it doesn't have them. I'm coming out of a MK3 Jetta, where even though there were no fog lights or switch, the wiring harness was there and complete.

My question is, does this '07 Accord already have a wiring harness for fog lights or do I have to wire one in myself? Where is the factory fog light switch, is it on the blinker tab or on the dash where the moon roof switch is?

There is an accessory kit from honda that includes all of the parts.
