Default 2007 Honda Accord Won't Start

Yesterday morning on my way to school, I drove through a fair amount of water. This morning school was was canceled because of snow. When I tried to start my car at around noon it wouldn't start. It didn't try to turn over at all. A faint click was heard once and that was it. I tested the battery and it was fine. What could be the problem. Could have water froze something up from yesterday morning?

How was the battery "tested"?

Be sure the ends of the cables (both) are clean and tight. If you try to jump start it what happens.

May or may not be needed, auto or manual trans?
