2007 instrument panel

Question 2007 instrument panel
Sorry to ask a stupid question but, what is the horizontal (dimmer like switch)
just above the moon roof switch on the left? Locks to the left and right.

Hi,

I've been looking through the owner's manual, are you referring to the control to open and close the driver side vent? If so, the passenger side would also the similar control.
