2008 accord 4 cyl in limp mode multiple times??
I have an 08 accord 4 cyl. went into limp mode this is the 4th time. I had it re-flashed each time (local garage). Parts replaced are crank position sensor twice, cam position sensor, serpentine belt, spark plugs, battery, oil/filter and air filter. It will run ok for a couple days then all starts over again also has VSA light. This may not be related but sometimes the radio will go off and my daughter will pull over and turn the car off then back on and the radio will work again?? Please help!:

Get the trouble code(s) read and post them.
Why were the crank position sensor and cam position sensor replaced? Was it due to trouble code P0341? If so, the issue is probably due to a stretch/damaged timing chain and not the sensors. Low oil levels or infrequent oil changes are usually the cause of a stretched chain.

had a code for crank position sensor of i think it was p0339? i changed that part was from autozone, then the local garage said it needs changed maybe the one i put in was bad, he put in one from honda. cam sensor had oil leak around it per local garage. I asked the mechanic at the garage kinda of what your talking about I believe. I asked if the the chain/belt could be lose/stretched or maybe a tension pulley weak/worn giving it slack? He didn't feel like that was likely.

This is a 5 year old thread, so maybe the original poster will respond with their fix.
In your case, start a new post, so this thread doesn't get confusing.
Post what parts you replaced. Also post the trouble code(s) you have, so we can provide some guidance.
Even if mhope1 responds, your root cause may be different.
