Hi Guys

I need small help and I am little confused about this door auto lock feature..

For example, I parked the car and left it without locking it...will the car be locked automatically????

As right now it's not happening...

No, if you left it unlocked without doing anything and walked away it will not automatically locked. However, if you press the unlock button on the remote and did not open a door within 30 seconds, then it will automatically lock the car.

Note: What is described above is different than the auto-locking feature when the car is started (which has 3 different settings that you can program).

Information is also available in the owner's manual.

 

Oh...but I though these kind of cars have a auto feature where if for some reason you forgot to lock the car..it will be locked automatically..

Sorry to do this in this manner but I am new on here and can't figure out how to start a new post, but I've gotten here.

It does relate to the discussion, I would just like to know how to access the 3 settings that are programable. I have a 2004 Accord and ever since replacing the door lock actuator the car now locks me out with the key in the ignition. It never did this before and I've owned it since new. What are the 3 settings?
