My 2003 has a tiny battery along with the tray and hold downs. It cranked really slow once in the winter and the Honda dealership said they would warranty the Battery if it happened again. Year later and out of warranty it cranked slow in the cold all the time. The dealership felt it was a poor battery choice with not enough cold cranking amps.

My 2003 (4-cyl) had the small battery and it always cranked a bit slow compared to our other cars. But it never failed to start. Still, I wonder why they didn't install a bigger battery for the Canada cars.

The dealer would not do anything. Why does Honda install such small batteries? 400 CCA.
Don't forget to collect on the lemon law the car must have "significant" defects that impede the operation and safety of the vehicle. Another words if you take a new car back five times cause the radio doesn't operate "properly" lemon law doesn't apply.
