I had to remove the seat cover and blown airbag for repair after in went off. It's been a few weeks since I started it. Now I'm confused as to how it goes. There is a black and a white metal rod that goes somewhere before or after airbag. Does anyone know how they go? Pictures would help! Thank you all

 

I think working on the airbags is a real good excuse to get yourself a good shop manual. One from Helm (factory shop manual) will have all the tedious details, also the shorting procedures you should do to prevent any of the airbags from going off in your face as you're working.
