Default 2009 Accord Rear Suspension Problem

My 2009 Accord LX 4 cyl with 56,000 km I bought recently has a very bouncy rear end when going over humps in the road and makes a dull chattering noise from the rear when driving slowly. Not sure if that is the rear shelf or maybe the shocks.
The most worrying thing though is when driving at speed on long corners especially on rough road surfaces the back end seems to jump out. It corrects but leaves you with some doubt as to you possibly losing control.
I should mention I am driving this car is Mexico where the roads are only one step better than the moons surface and so it could be just that the bumpy roads are also smoothe and slippery because of the sunbaked surfaces . Add that to the long wheel base on the car and maybe they all do that?
Tyres are good Michelins OE and no sign of crabbing in a straight line.
I have never owned an Accord before so your advice would be appreciated.

Sounds like something is up...it should not feel like that.

It could be the struts. I would want a good inspection of the suspension items.....sway bar links, arms ect.

Turned out to be the rear shocks which transformed the ride and also stopped the rumble noise from the rear. Thanks for the feedback
