Default 2009 Honda Accord EX-L Intermittent crank no start

For the past month, my car has been intermittently cranking and not starting. The issue happens about once per week and previously was associated with cold weather (32 F and below). Most recently it happened during the rain on a relatively warm day 42F, which made me believe it was not weather related whatsoever. The solution for the issue is to shut the car off completely and restart the car. The link below is a video of what the car sounds after the second start. During the first start, I usually only hear cranking, as the car will not start.

Thank you for all your help in advance

That sounds like a weak battery to me. Your starter is engaging ok but taking a while to crank.

When no-start occurs, try starting w/ starter fluid or throttle body cleaner sprayed into intake duct (good 5-10 sec blast).

If it starts quickly, issue is fuel delivery; fuel pump, main fuel relay, wiring.

If no-start continues, then loss of spark is likely; crankshaft position sensor, Map sensor, etc causing PCM to prevent spark delivery.

good luck
