Default 2010 Accord (LX) Weird constant vibration from front right side

Vibration shows up when vehicle is in access of 30 MPH, Becomes (I'd almost call it) Hi-pitched whine in access of 70MPH
In the shop we found out that the front right wheel appears to "wobble" when its accelerated to 80MPH on the lift.
Local techs and I came to the conclusion that is bent steel rim, got the rim replaced, vibration is still there but shows up much earlier (20mph/any acceleration from stop)
I don't know were to start looking this time, any thoughts/advice?

VIN: 1HGCP2F30AA062985
Mileage: 106k

Thanks!

Swap the front tires to see if the vibration moves to the other side. That should have been done before replacing the rim.

Inspect the CV joint boots for tears/leaking grease.

Did the shop check for loose suspension components?

It was only a steel rim, so no big loss there, I'll check the CV Joint boots when I can get it on a lift after class tomorrow at some point.
I don't believe the shop checked suspension, but I'll inspect that too.

Thanks!

Sorry for the late reply, its been a busy week and some, the CV boots look fine, no leaking grease, however the one closest to the wheel, appears to have "dryrot like cracks" side of the boot facing the wheel itself, that's probably not the problem, suspension components as far as I can tell are all tight. I'm going to take the car out for a spin later tonight to see if I can find somthing that can point me to a solution, so we're back to square one in a sense.

On my 07 accord the half shift was gone and it still looked good (no leaks or crack) so the visual check will mislead you.

You say it's whining I would thinks it's either the half shaft or wheel bearing but with so low mileage those shouldn't fail so early. I'm putting my bet on one of those though but more toward the bearing.

I'd have to second that. It's early mileage wise, but it can happen. I think Honda limits wheel bearing play .001 to .002 inch. So any play that can be felt thru shaking the tire points to it.
Also, you mentioned that on the lift, you had a wobble @80 mph. Since the suspension is "unloaded" that also points to a wheel bearing.
