2010 Accord: Odometer glitch and airbag light showing
Hey Honda Accord Forums,
I have a 2010 Honda Accord 4 cylinder which has recently had issues. The car has 36,XXX miles currently, but both the odometer and the airbag light are acting weird.
First off with the odometer. The car has 36,XXX miles on the car, but in the hundred thousands place, there is a faint number trying to appear, and seems to be electrical. Any fix for this?
2nd, the airbag light for the driver side has recently turned on and won't go away. Is there any fix for this as well?
Thanks

Shop manual may be helpful (automanualsource.com for $22).
There is an extensive sequence of self diagnostics for gauge panel that can be performed w/o special equipment. Too extensive to repeat here, and my e-manual does not support copying.
Airbag light is typically result of faulty driver's seatbelt switch, but can be a host of other problems. Following link will provide a method to extract codes w/o special equipment.
Seat belt switch will sometimes respond to repeated open/close cycling. A little spray of WD40 will also help to relieve a sticky microswitch.
good luck
