2011 Honda Accord EXL V6

Question 2011 Honda Accord EXL V6
On a cold, cold start, car makes a horrible growling sound. Watched some videos - think it may be VTC actuator? Anyone have any opinions? Shop cant reproduce so they don't have any opinons.

It is tough to pinpoint even on the video. I'd probably remove the serpentine belt to start the car just to eliminate anything that is driven by the belt.

The cooling fan noise makes it hard to determine what growling sound you're describing. Make sure the A/C is not on, to eliminate the fan noise.

The VTC actuator is part of the 4 cylinder engine system, not a V6.

Thank you, turned off the AC will try again to reproduce the noise without ac.
