Default 2012 accord crossfire vibrate after 60

My friend has an 2012 accord and it starts to vibrate in front when you hit 60 mph and above . But if you decellerate the vibration goes away

This is likely something that is spinning at the 60 mph rate, so tire/rim, CV joint, rotor, or possibly the bearing in the transmission.

Start with the simplest test. Rotate the tires front to back, then see if the vibration moves to the back or even goes away, the the tires need to be balanced or you possibly have a broken belt in the tire.
