2012 Accord Fuel Pressure Adapter
Anyone know of a fuel pressure adapter/kit that has the quick connector fittings for a 2012 Honda without having to buy the $200 p/n 07AAJ-S6MA150 hose from Honda?

Don't know the sizes of the fittings for a DIY adapter. You are essentially inserting a T into the fuel hose, so you can have an in-line pressure gauge.
The parts stores may have a fuel pressure testing kit as a rental tool that may have the correct fittings. It is worth a shot.

The local parts places don't have ones that fit. I didn't want to cut the fuel line, but may just do it and put a flare T in line..
One perhaps easier option would be to remove the fuel pressure damper and rig a pressure gauge to the damper fitting. A 3-4 ft length of rubber hose will effectively dampen pressure pulsations for the test.
good luck
